Labautomationz was started in Brooklyn by Eduard Akopyan, who works in healthcare operations.
He kept seeing the same thing: capable small teams losing hours to phones, paperwork and spreadsheets, while the best tools were made for much bigger companies. So he started building the tools his own team needed. Emily and PathLab both began that way.
